Car The Norfolk Broads are
East of Norwich. From London and the
South you would take the A11 to Norwich and follow signs for The
Broads. From the Midlands and
North the suggested route is to take the A14 East and join the A11
North to Norwich and then follow signs for The Broads. For any car
routes to The Broads, we suggest you click on the map above which will

Maps and you can request suggested routes.
You could always share a lift, either as the driver
or passenger. If you'd like to know who is going your way,

Local Bus A number of bus routes pass through
the Norfolk Broads. To plan your Norfolk public transport journey please visit

Train There are various
train routes through the Norfolk Broads. Mainline services run
from Norwich to Great Yarmouth (via Acle) and from Norwich to
Sheringham (via Hoveton and Wroxham). There is a steam railway
from Aylsham to Hoveton and Wroxham. |

National Coach National
Express and other national coach companies drop off in
Norwich and towns like Great Yarmouth and Acle, which have local bus
services around the Norfolk Broads. |

Flights Norwich Airport
offers scheduled flights from Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Manchester,
Bristol, Exeter, Guernsey, Jersey, Amsterdam, Paris, Bordeaux, Faro, Malaga,
Murcia and Alicante. There is a regular bus service that runs from Norwich
Airport to Aylsham, you can also get taxis from the airport.
East Midlands Airport and London
Stansted Airport are also relatively close extending the range
of destinations. |

Walking The Norfolk Broads is well
connected by excellent walking routes. Weaver's Way heads North to
Cromer and East to North Walsham, Marriots Way heads West to Reepham
and the Bure Valley Path heads South East to Wroxham.

Cycling The
Norfolk Broads have many
links to the national cycle route network, going North, South, East
or West. The two main cycling routes are Weaver's Way heading North
and East and the Bure Valley Cycle Route heading South East to
Wroxham. Many local roads are excellent for cycling.
